What we collect

When you contact us — by phone, email, or through the free consultation form — we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number or email address, and what you tell us about your windows. When you send the consultation form, your details are submitted to our website host (Netlify) and emailed to us at info@satinvueblinds.com, so we can reply and arrange your consultation. Your form entries are kept in our form inbox for that purpose only.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect passwords or payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, arrange a consultation, measure and fit your blinds, and provide warranty support. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone except where needed to serve you — for example, with a delivery or installation partner working on your order.

Reviews on this website

The reviews shown on this website come from our own Google Business Profile, fetched through Google’s Business Profile API. They are reviews you or other customers posted publicly on Google, including the reviewer’s public name, photo and text, and any reply we posted. If you would like a review of yours removed from Google, please manage it in your Google account.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. A few parts of the site load content from other services, which have their own privacy policies: fonts from Google Fonts, review content from Google, and links to our Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and Google pages. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
